This competition is aimed at students in the 6th and 7th year (specialisation in beverage knowledge) of hotel schools and training institutes in Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels.
The purpose of this competition is to spark the interest of young “future professionals” in the hotel, restaurant and sommelier professions by allowing them to compete with one another in a theoretical and practical examination on “Wine and Spirits”, which will play an important role in their future careers.
The competition and award ceremony will take place on Monday, 9 March 2026.
