Please meet our very own brand new president and benchmark for Limburg hospitality Kris Lismont. Kris is classical trained at the hotel school of Koksijde which is considered to be one of the best hotel schools in Belgium as most Belgian top chefs/restaurateurs have studied at this school. This training prepared Kris for a job at, at that time one of THE top restaurants in Belgium, the 3 Michelin awarded restaurant Bruneau. Tolli is a very enthusiastic and person of many talents with a great sense of humour.
